Privacy & Security at SARA


At SARA (iamsara.io) your privacy and data protection are central to everything we do. We combine creativity with advanced technology and believe it's essential that you understand how we handle your information.

1. How we create your VideoTwin
To create a VideoTwin (avatar), we process only your data with your explicit consent.

  • Source material: We use two to five minutes of video input to train the AI on your unique characteristics, such as facial expressions and voice patterns.

  • Consent: To prevent misuse, we ask for an explicit video statement in which you consent to building and using your avatar. Without this consent, we process nothing.

2. Security and AI Infrastructure
We use secured AI infrastructure from selected, enterprise-grade partners to create our VideoTwins.

  • No model training: Thanks to our enterprise agreements, your data is not used to train the AI models of our partners. Your data remains confidential and is not shared for internal or external training purposes.

  • Strict standards: Our technology partners comply with international data security standards, including GDPR compliance and SOC 2 certification, to ensure responsible handling of personal data.

3. You are in control
You own your data.

  • Data Pack List: We maintain a 'Data Pack List' that precisely tracks what information (such as VideoTwin IDs and metadata) we store about you.

  • Deletion on request: You can withdraw your consent at any time. Upon your request, we will delete all data stored with us and our partners. If needed, we can provide an official "Certificate of Deletion".

4. Your responsibility as a user
When you use our platforms to create personalized content (such as CRM-based videos), you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining consent from individuals who appear in your videos.
